If you need to report a loss, we will be happy to assist you. Please be aware however, that you will gain even faster service by contacting the insurance company claim's office directly. If we take your loss notice at our insurance agency we must compile the information to the same insurance company claims office later. They will want a recorded statement from you which time must then be scheduled with you. If you call them directly, they will collect the information needed immediately: you will have made your recording and they will be able to assign an adjuster to you immediately.
If you go through the insurance company directly , or for whatever reason, decide to go through the agency instead, we stand ready to assist you however we can all along the pathway to resolving your claim.
