Detailed Disaster Plan

Our agency has a detailed disaster plan, including provisions to make certain that we have power, phones, internet, etc. regardless of what happens in our area. This should be an important of your selection of an insurance professional. What happens if there is a hurricane, flood, fire, etc., and you need your agent, but they aren't available for you?  We have “Big John” a 40KW Generator permanently installed behind our building, ready to kick in should the power go off.  In case our building would be destroyed, we have contracted with a national vendor that guarantees to have a double wide manufactured office with 25 computers and desks up and running within 72 hours.   It means we will be operating when you need us.
